As I type this the city is under siege by a brightly clad army of deranged speedsters whose idea of a good time is to project themselves through frigid tundra for the sake of personal glory. Nope, they’re not filming the Flash movie here, it’s just the marathon. I wish all the participants their fastest times ever, so we can reopen the streets of Richmond to its citizens.
